We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Manager, Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning to lead the development and execution of innovative recruitment strategies and workforce planning initiatives that support organizational growth and business objectives.

This role will be responsible for building scalable talent acquisition programs, strengthening talent pipelines, driving workforce planning efforts, and partnering with leadership to anticipate and meet current and future talent needs. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong recruiting expertise, workforce analytics capabilities, and a passion for creating high-impact hiring strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Strategy

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with organizational hiring goals and workforce needs.
  • Design and implement innovative sourcing and hiring approaches that leverage internal and external talent channels.
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment strategies across multiple functions and levels, including technical and non-technical roles.
  • Build and strengthen diverse talent pipelines through strategic partnerships, networking, and outreach initiatives.
  • Optimize recruitment processes, systems, and candidate experience to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
  • Develop and monitor key recruiting performance metrics to measure effectiveness and continuously improve talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with hiring leaders and HR teams to support workforce needs, organizational growth, and succession planning.

Workforce Planning

  • Support the development and implementation of long-term workforce planning strategies aligned with business priorities.
  • Anticipate future talent needs and proactively identify solutions to address talent gaps and workforce challenges.
  • Analyze workforce trends, labor market data, and organizational metrics to inform hiring and talent planning decisions.
  • Develop and maintain workforce planning models and talent analytics to support strategic decision-making.
  • Partner with leadership to align workforce capabilities with organizational goals.

Operational Excellence

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws, recruitment policies, and hiring best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment-related processes including candidate documentation, onboarding coordination, and employment compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve recruiting operations, hiring workflows, and talent programs.
  • Lead and support special projects and strategic talent initiatives as needed.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field required.
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Proven experience recruiting across multiple levels and functions, including technical and professional roles.
  • Experience developing workforce planning initiatives and talent strategies preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), HRIS platforms, and sourcing technologies.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).

  • Strong knowledge of talent acquisition best practices, sourcing methodologies, and employment regulations.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Preferred Certifications

  • PHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or related Human Resources certification preferred.
