Talent Acquisition Specialist (Recruiter)
Remote and/or in-office (offices located in Eastern Massachusetts and Connecticut)
Reports to: HR Director
You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish, with a primary focus on finding and hiring clinical professionals who are the bedrock of our service delivery, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other licensed clinical staff.

Important Note: The role requires approximately 15-20% travel to our primary service locations in Connecticut (CT) and Massachusetts (MA) for strategic activities such as hiring events and in-person collaboration with leadership. A reliable means of transportation is required.
