Talent Acquisition Specialist – Field & Skilled Trades Recruiting

Location: Roanoke, VA (Preferred), Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, Fort Wayne, IN
Secondary Locations: Columbus, OH; Tulsa, OK
Work Schedule: Onsite Monday–Friday (effective September 14, 2026)
Training: Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026
Residency Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.
W2 Rate - $40-48/hr depending on experience

Required: This is on the Corporate side – this is NOT within IT

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
• This is NOT an IT Recruiter role – this role is focused on recruiting field, craft, and industrial workforce roles, such as: Line workers; Electricians; Plant operators; Maintenance technicians; Other non-exempt, skilled trades / field positions
• Experience recruiting professional and management-level roles.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with diversity recruiting and affirmative action planning.
• Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with onboarding and candidate experience improvement.
