Talent Acquisition Specialist β Field & Skilled Trades Recruiting
Location: Roanoke, VA (Preferred), Corpus Christi, TX, Abilene, TX, Shreveport, LA, Fort Wayne, IN
Secondary Locations: Columbus, OH; Tulsa, OK
Work Schedule: Onsite MondayβFriday (effective September 14, 2026)
Training: Remote during the first month only, beginning the week of August 10, 2026
Residency Requirement: Must reside within 50 miles of the assigned office location.
W2 Rate - $40-48/hr depending on experience
Required:Β This is on the Corporate side β this is NOT within IT
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting experience.
- This is NOT an IT Recruiter role β this role is focused on recruiting field, craft, and industrial workforce roles, such as: Line workers; Electricians; Plant operators; Maintenance technicians; Other non-exempt, skilled trades / field positions
- Experience recruiting professional and management-level roles.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and online recruiting platforms.
- Strong communication, interviewing, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with diversity recruiting and affirmative action planning.
- Strong relationship management and consulting skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with onboarding and candidate experience improvement.Β
