About the Role

At Proven Behavior Solutions, we provide an intensive and comprehensive model of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to all our clients. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist you are a key part of our clinical delivery model. You will be instrumental in building the clinical and operational teams that directly impact the quality of our care.

What You'll Do

You'll manage the full-cycle recruitment process from start to finish, with a primary focus on finding and hiring clinical professionals who are the bedrock of our service delivery, including Behavior Technicians (BTs), Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and other licensed clinical staff.

  • Partner with hiring managers and the HR Director to forecast staffing needs and refine job descriptions to attract top talent.
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  • Source candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, talent databases, and professional networks.
  • Build and maintain talent pools for key roles and future hiring needs.
  • Ensure every candidate has a smooth, professional, and positive experience, from their initial application to their first day.
  • Maintain and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruiting platforms.
  • Support a seamless onboarding experience by assisting with background checks, work authorization, and paperwork coordination.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to create engaging content that highlights our company culture, employee stories, and open opportunities.
  • Enhance our employer brand by managing and growing our presence on platforms like LinkedIn and Glassdoor.
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance recruitment efficiency and the overall candidate experience.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in the ABA, behavioral health, healthcare or education sectors.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Proven proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to source candidates through diverse channels.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate our company's value.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with high-volume, metrics-driven recruitment for clinical roles.
  • Familiarity with ABA terminology and credentialing (e.g., BCBA, RBT).
  • Knowledge of employment laws and healthcare compliance requirements.
  • Experience representing an organization at career fairs or conferences.

Important Note:Β The role requires approximately 15-20% travel to our primary service locations in Connecticut (CT) and Massachusetts (MA) for strategic activities such as hiring events and in-person collaboration with leadership. A reliable means of transportation is required.
