The Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent and Capability team. In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and onboard a diverse and committed workforce. Your work will strategically and directly support our mission by ensuring we have the right people in place to deliver high-quality services to those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities
The primary purpose of this role is to source, assess, and select candidates who not only meet the role requirements but also embody our values—ensuring a strong alignment with our mission to support children, young people, families, and carers. Using best practice Talent Acquisition strategies, the role contributes to building a diverse, inclusive, and committed workforce that reflects the communities we serve.
