Perseus is one of six operating groups of Constellation Software Inc. (CSI)
We have eight businesses in our portfolio spread across a handful of countries although we're mostly in North America. (Oh hey, friends in Australia )
Early in January 2025, Perseus Human Resources decentralized, and each portfolio now has its own HR team. Our team of two supports our 200+ Geminians. We work closely with Perseus HR centers of excellence for activities like benefits administration, compensation research, payroll, and more.
We are ready to decentralize Talent Acquisition, too, and are looking for our very first dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner.
This is more than a traditional recruiting role - we’re looking for someone who will roll up their sleeves, get creative, and help shape how we grow. You'll recruit across a variety of functions (engineering, product, go-to-market, ops, etc.) and Business Units (RO Writer, Campana, WinTech, and more) to hire the best talent for our teams.

Tasks
Partner closely with hiring managers across departments to deeply understand roles and build strategic hiring plans
Own the end-to-end candidate experience — from writing job descriptions that pop, to seamless onboarding handoffs
Continuously look for ways to improve our hiring process and make each touchpoint more human, transparent, and efficient
Be a trusted advisor and coach to both candidates and hiring teams
Support managers through training and coaching to become better interviewers
5+ years of recruiting experience, with a significant focus on vertical SaaS or vertical software companies
A track record of being a true partner to hiring managers, not just a service provider
Strong sourcing and relationship-building skills - you know how to find talent and keep them engaged
A passion for exceptional candidate experience and the ability to operationalize improvements
A collaborative, helpful, and fun spirit - you enjoy working with others and making work enjoyable
Experience recruiting across different functions and levels
Comfort with ambiguity, a proactive mindset, and the willingness to get hands-on where needed
