We are looking for a Working Student Talent Acquisition to join our People & Culture team and help grow our team of JustPlayers. This role is ideal for someone interested in recruitment and eager to gain practical experience in a fast-paced Talent Acquisition environment.
You will work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists to understand our hiring needs and support the full recruitment process, including participating in kick-off meetings, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting in closing positions.
What to expect
- Support end-to-end recruitment, including publishing job postings, scheduling interviews, maintaining ongoing communication with hiring managers, and assisting in closing roles
- Serve as the first point of contact for candidates for assigned positions, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience
- Assist in improving Talent Acquisition processes and documentation, including creating internal templates and guidelines
- Support tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics that offer insights into recruitment performance
- Collaborate with the People & Culture team on onboarding new employees and supporting employee engagement initiatives, and Branding team to strengthen employer branding efforts

What you should bring
- You are currently pursuing a university degree in a related field (e.g., International Management, Psychology, Human Resources Management)
- You have at least 1 year of professional experience, ideally in a start-up environment in Germany
- You have a genuine interest in Talent Acquisition and are eager to support various stages of the hiring process
- You have a good understanding of recruitment basics and can execute tasks independently
- You have experience with ATS tools and management tools such as Asana and Notion
- You have excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus
- You are empathetic, structured, independent, and reliable, with strong attention to detail
- You are based in Berlin and can work from the office 2 days per week
