Overview

TeleWorld Solutions is seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisitions Coordinator with experience using iCIMS to support our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this critical role, you will help manage the candidate journey from initial application through onboarding, while ensuring seamless communication between recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.

 

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly detail-oriented, and can balance multiple priorities efficiently — especially in telecom, engineering services, IT staffing, or network infrastructure recruiting environments.

 

Additionally, this role will lead our Internship Program coordination efforts and will be integral in promoting and supporting our Veterans hiring program, working closely with internal stakeholders to strengthen candidate pipelines and outreach.

Responsibilities

  • Candidate Management:
    • Schedule interviews (phone, virtual, and onsite) between candidates, recruiters, and hiring teams.
    • Maintain candidate statuses, job postings, and requisition records in iCIMS ATS.
    • Coordinate candidate communications including interview confirmations, reminders, and follow-up updates.
  • ATS & Process Support:
    • Ensure accuracy of candidate records, notes, and documentation in iCIMS.
    • Assist with generating offer letters and tracking pre-employment screening activities.
    • Help maintain and improve workflows, templates, and communication triggers within iCIMS.
  • Recruiter and Hiring Manager Support:
    • Prepare interview guides, scorecards, and candidate packets for hiring teams.
    • Ensure timely feedback collection from interviewers and recruiters post-interviews.
    • Track pipeline activity and update weekly recruiting reports and dashboards.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Act as the candidate's point of contact throughout the interview process to ensure a professional and positive experience.
    • Promote TeleWorld’s employer brand by providing consistent and personalized communication.
  • Internship Program Leadership:
    • Take ownership of planning, coordinating, and managing the company's internship program across departments.
    • Partner with universities and technical schools to promote internship opportunities and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
  • Veterans Program Support:
    • Actively support, promote, and coordinate outreach for TeleWorld’s Veterans hiring initiatives.
    • Partner with internal teams and external organizations to engage and attract qualified veteran candidates.
  • Onboarding Coordination:
    • Initiate onboarding tasks for new hires, including system setup, background checks, and first-day logistics.
  • Recruitment Marketing Assistance (Optional):
    • Assist with LinkedIn job posts, employer branding initiatives, and social media outreach to support candidate attraction.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Assistant, or similar role
  • Experience using iCIMS ATS (or strong proficiency in other leading ATS platforms like Greenhouse, Lever, Workday with quick iCIMS adaptability)
  • Ability to manage a high volume of requisitions, schedules, and candidate communications
  • Strong organizational and time management skills; high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required with equivalent experience

Preferred Experience:

  • Background supporting technical, telecom, engineering, or high-volume recruiting
  • Familiarity with onboarding systems and background check platforms
  • Experience with internship program management or veteran hiring initiatives
  • Experience with recruitment marketing or social media branding initiatives
