Talent Acquisition Specialist - TikTok


London – Hybrid (4 days office / 1 day remote)


TikTok is expanding its Talent Acquisition team in London. This role is ideal for recruiters with an agency background who are confident in strategic sourcing and want to gain in-house experience at one of the world’s most recognisable tech companies.


Key Responsibilities

  • Source candidates across EMEA for mid to senior-level positions (£60k–£200k), managing 10–15 roles at a time.
  • Use LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean search, and alternative channels to build targeted talent pipelines.
  • Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition team and hiring managers to meet ambitious hiring goals.
  • Share market insights and candidate data to help inform recruitment strategies.
  • Support interview scheduling and candidate communications to ensure a positive process.



What We’re Looking For

  • 1–5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally from an agency background.
  • Strong sourcing capability, with expert knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and boolean search.
  • Proven ability to find and engage candidates beyond inbound applicants.
  • Energetic, proactive, and resilient — suited to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Consistent track record of tenure (6–12 months+ in previous roles).
  • Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese (essential), alongside English. Additional languages are a plus.
