We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy Talent Sourcer to join our Human Resources team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top digital talent across various platforms, leveraging sourcing tools, social media, and data-driven strategies to build strong talent pipelines for critical roles. Demonstrates flexibility with assignments within professional scope/duties/licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage high-potential candidates for digital, technical, and marketing roles using a variety of online tools and sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Indeed, Facebook, job boards, etc.)
  • Develop and manage talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and recruitment analytics to manage and track talent pipelines.
  • Develop talent maps and market intelligence reports for niche digital roles.
  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and screening to assess qualifications, interest, and alignment with Riverside’s mission and values.
  • Stay up to date on market trends and best practices in digital sourcing and talent acquisition.

Requirements

Required Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Required Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably focused on healthcare roles.
  • Strong understanding of Boolean search and online sourcing techniques.
  • Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (e.g., Paylocity, iCIMS, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organized, data-driven, and results-oriented.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience sourcing talent globally or across multiple regions.
  • Certifications in sourcing or recruiting (e.g., AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter).
  • Knowledge of employer branding and digital recruitment marketing.
