ACT is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic Talent Strategy team and will be a key part of taking ACT to the next level. This position is a dual role of both individual contributor in sourcing, screening, and hiring, as well as helping to develop and implement the strategy for attracting and retaining top talent. This includes creating strong partnerships with hiring managers, fostering positive relationships with candidates and internal team members, developing strong pipelines aligned to organizational workforce plans, and continuously improving our recruitment tools, programs, and processes by staying current on emerging trends and technologies.

The finalist will be hired at the salary and level commensurate with their qualifications. We anticipate offering a market competitive annual salary in the range of $90,000 to $105,000. ACT manages salaries within the range based on relevant factors including, skills, experience, and internal equity. The position is not incentive eligible.

A Day in the Life:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and mentor them through the hiring process, including conducting recruiting strategy kickoff meetings, screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Partner with the  Human Resource Business Parnters (HRBPs) to understand business needs, and proactively pipeline talent aligbed with workforce plans
  • Develop and implement scalable strategies and processes for outreach, recruiting, interviewing and onboarding- including program management suppport for Student Programs, and the Employee Referral Program.
  • Identify, track and analyze recruiting metrics to help tell our story, measure impact, and inform data-driven decisions.

Role Progression:

  • Within 1 month you’ll understand the various roles in the company for which you'll be recruiting and have developed relationships while partnering with the hiring managers and HRBP’s. You’ll understand the ins and outs of our ATS and are familiar with the hiring process and supporting programs. You’ll be a contributing member of the team.
  • Within 3 months you’ll have made your first few hires and will have begun to develop pipelines for other roles. You’ll have begun to identify opportunities for process and tool improvement.
  • Within 6 months the hiring managers will see you as a valued partner and actively seek out your guidance on how to approach recruiting for roles. You'll run the daily recruitment operations and will see improvement in quality and other recruitment metrics.

About You:

  • At least 5 years of progressively responsible full cycle recruiting experience
  • Experience with candidate management systems and methodologies to grow, manage and monitor talent pipelines
  • Experience with Talent Acquisition systems and online candidate platforms
  • Project or program management experience with small-to-medium scale projects and complexity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
  • Passionate about creating a high-level candidate experience
  • Skills and knowledge required for success in this position attained through experience and education (Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, Sociology, or other related field of study), or a combination of both.
