Position Overview:<\/span><\/b>

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced US Recruiter to join our Dubai team on a night shift schedule. This role is critical to our mission of sourcing, engaging, and hiring top\-tier talent for our clients and internal teams across the United States. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and strategic partner, managing the full recruitment lifecycle with a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of US\-specific hiring practices, including compliance with I\-9 and USCIS requirements.<\/span>

Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Manage the Full Recruitment Cycle:<\/span><\/b> Take ownership of the entire recruitment process from initial job briefing to successful onboarding, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strategic Partnership:<\/span><\/b> Work closely with department heads and hiring managers in the US to understand their specific hiring needs, team dynamics, and job requirements.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proactive Candidate Sourcing:<\/span><\/b> Utilize a multi\-channel approach to source qualified candidates through online platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), databases, employee referrals, job fairs, and professional networking.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Screening and Assessment:<\/span><\/b> Conduct initial phone and video screenings and interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for the US market and our organization.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>US Compliance and Onboarding:<\/span><\/b> Expertly manage the pre\-employment process for US candidates, with mandatory experience handling I\-9 Employment Eligibility Verification and a solid understanding of USCIS requirements for work authorization.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Talent Pipeline Development:<\/span><\/b> Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Data Management:<\/span><\/b> Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and recruitment trackers to ensure data integrity and provide timely reports.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Brand Ambassador:<\/span><\/b> Represent Sunshine Enterprise Consulting professionally and positively in all candidate and stakeholder interactions, enhancing our employer brand.<\/span>
<\/p>

Qualifications and Experience:<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Must have 3\-5 years of demonstrated experience in end\-to\-end recruitment, specifically for the US market.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Non\-negotiable experience with US onboarding, including I\-9 verification and familiarity with USCIS documentation and processes.<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven ability to source candidates using various techniques and platforms.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers across different cultures and time zones.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast\-paced environment.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Self\-motivated, results\-oriented, and able to work independently during night shift hours.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.<\/span>

Shift & Location:<\/span><\/b>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>This position is based in Dubai, UAE.<\/span>
<\/p>

·       <\/span><\/span><\/span>The successful candidate will be required to work a <\/span>night shift schedule<\/span><\/b> to ensure significant overlap with standard US Eastern Time business hours.<\/span>
