This role provides expert advice and support to managers on recruitment best practices, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and contributes to the organisation's strategic workforce goals. In this ‘hands-on’ role, your influence will be crucial in attracting and retaining high-quality talent, directly affecting business outcomes and collaborating across various departments. This includes:

  • Facilitating the design, implementation, and evaluation of talent acquisition strategies and processes.
  • Developing and maintaining recruitment policies, procedures, and best practice guidelines.
  • Managing talent attraction and selection frameworks, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and diversity objectives.
  • Implementing employer branding initiatives and candidate engagement programs.
  • Mentoring and supporting managers in effective interviewing, selection, and onboarding practices. 
  • Creating and managing recruitment reporting and analytics to ensure effectiveness and continuous improvement.


Skills And Experiences

The successful candidate will possess the following:

  • Minimum three years’ experience in a talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources specialist role.
  • A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Highly developed knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes, talent sourcing techniques, and relevant employment legislation.
  • Skilled in applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate relationship management (CRM) tools, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in recruitment reporting and data analysis.
  • Project management experience in talent acquisition initiatives.

Remuneration Package and Benefits

Total remuneration package includes base salary, annual leave loading and statutory superannuation contribution. Enjoy salary packaging up to $15,900 of your salary, increasing your take-home pay by approximately $5,000. Further salary-packaging benefits available include meal and entertainment expenses, accommodation and venue hire, private novated leasing and additional superannuation contributions.
