Your challenges with us!

 

Manage the entire recruitment cycle (from 15 to 25 positions in parallel)
Ensure a close relationship with managers: understand their recruitment needs, act as a strategic partner, build attractive role descriptions with them, carry out regular follow-ups
Find talent like an in-house headhunter: identify and interact with good players while offering them a first-rate candidate experience.
Ensure a fair and complete assessment of candidates in order to propose the most appropriate profiles to managers: CV analysis, pre-selection and support during the selection stage
Maneuver talent search and management tools with ease, both internally and externally: LinkedIn, internal software, social networks, etc.
Negotiate and present offers and close deals with selected candidates, in close collaboration with your Human Resources colleagues.

Profile/Skills

 

 

The right profile for this challenge

 

You are dynamic, creative, passionate and solution-oriented.
You have excellent candidate assessment skills, communication and negotiation skills.
You have a Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
Combined with over 5 years' experience in corporate recruitment; ideally you have experience in talent acquisition in either the rail, construction or engineering sectors
You are comfortable using the Microsoft Office suite
