Day to Day tasks include

  • Engaging with all our key stakeholders
  • Focus on engaging, pipelining and recruiting top technical consultants who have a focus on AWS technology
  • Talent pooling and talent pool management
  • Responsible for contributing to the ongoing employee lifecycle acting as a partner to key stakeholders.
  • Heavily involved in assisting and improving our internal processes and procedures to enhance the overall recruitment cycle and candidate experience is front of mind
  • Supporting the business with tasks to continually enhance our culture and diversity
  • Arranging and spearheading Employee experience processes and events
  • Be part of an experienced, supportive and fun team across various states

 

About you

  • Extensive IT recruitment and/or resourcing experience in an agency or internal environment – you need to think beyond having tools and really know how to use your network to grow teams.
  • Proven management of the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a top-quality candidate experience
  • Proactive and ability to think outside the box and come up with great solutions to attract talent
  • Proven organisational skills with attention to detail, while multi-tasking various business needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships in the Digital space
