The role / impact

You will play a pivotal role in accelerating our engineering capability across the ANZ region, moving beyond traditional recruitment to drive proactive talent strategies. By partnering closely with established engineering leaders, you will shape how we attract and hire exceptional talent for critical teams, ensuring our hiring momentum matches our technical ambitions.

Your focus will be on turning market insights into actionable results, from running targeted market activations to building high-quality pipelines. You will have a direct impact on the quality of our engineering culture by elevating the candidate experience and ensuring we remain a top choice for high-performing tech talent.

The team / how they connect

You will join a high-performing talent acquisition team that values pace, collaboration, and deep partnership with the business. We work as strategic advisors to technical leaders, sharing knowledge and market intelligence to solve complex hiring challenges together.

The team is currently working on

  • Scaling our ANZ engineering teams by building sustainable pipelines for specialist technical roles.

  • Partnering with engineering leadership to refine technical solution designs for our talent attraction strategy.

  • Executing proactive market activations to engage with passive engineering talent in the region.

  • Enhancing our internal recruitment processes to ensure they remain efficient and support a modern engineering culture.
