Job Description

The person will identify, recruit, and screen potential candidates and manage the recruitment process through offer and negotiation stage to acceptance. This person must be able to carry a requisition load of 30-35+ open positions at one time. Proven experience partnering and influencing hiring managers is required. You must be able to influence without authority. Strong organization combined with a strong work ethic, and quick learning will be some keys to success


RESPONSIBILITY:

- Develops and implements strategic initiatives to ensure appropriate Talent/workforce resources for assigned regions or function.
- Manage the talent acquisition process for applicant lifecycle from the sourcing of candidates through the application, interviewing, and offer letter process.
- Is accountable for the effective implementation of Talent Acquisition processes in accordance with policies, practices, and other legal requirements.
- Utilizes operational analysis, trending, benchmarking and research to support leadership and managers in the effective projections for staffing/personnel needs.
- Provides oversight where appropriate to ensure compliance with established practices as determined by the Global Director of Talent Management.
- Develops and executes offer strategies in conjunction with HR and Regional Leaders to ensure efficient and consistent implementation of compensation practices.
- Participates in career events, conferences and community job fairs as needed.
- Consults with hiring managers to understand business requirements and functions in the department in need of establishing or enhancing pipeline of candidates.
- Generates a pipeline of appropriate resumes/candidates, profile/pre-qualify, interview and follow-up with hiring manager on potential fit of those candidates who meet the job requirements and preferences.
- Generates leads via web, research lists, referrals, job fairs and databases
- Manage the content of the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for assigned regions, including applicant flow, EEO data, etc.
- Promotes and supports the core values of CEG.
- Other duties as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

- Person must be detailed oriented, have strong project management skills, and be able to coordinate many record keeping activities at once.
- Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment recruiting software engineers required.
- Experience recruiting engineering/technical professionals on a national basis with global prefer
- The position requires proven influencing experience with hiring managers
- Person must have strong knowledge on use of the Internet as a recruiting tool, Applicant Tracking Systems, and all Microsoft Office applications.
- Creative sourcing and networking experience required.
- Experience tracking/analyzing and reporting on recruiting metrics and being able to provide monthly data to the Global Director of Talent Management
- The ability to establish priorities, manage deadlines, exercise a high degree of professionalism in interactions with all levels of internal and external clients is required
- Ideal candidate will possess a BS/BA
- 8+ years of search experience in a large corporate organization along with agency experience is prefer
- 3+ years of experience in high tech software
