Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders, develop and deliver effective talent acquisition strategies to acquire the right talent at the right time to meet the hiring needs of the business.
Continuously build business and commercial acumen to identify and attract and acquire key talent to Saba.
Continuously research and identify new talent communities to build networks for hiring today and in the future.
Contribute to building Saba’s employment brand leveraging various channels with an emphasis on social media.
Contribute to building and improving Saba’s Talent Acquisition strategy and processes.
Contribute to improving the utilization of ATS.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree.
A minimum of 7 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a corporate / high tech environment. Startup experience desirable, but not required.
Exceptional client management skills with ability to consult and influence on optimal strategies and process
Advanced experience with internet technologies and social media to effectively resource passive candidates.
Creative and strategic thinker
Desire to be part of building a function, not just filling requisitions
Tolerance of ambiguity and ability to be extremely agile
Ability to meet commitments in project schedules and to anticipate change and adapt quickly.
Ability to gather requirements and define and/or improve existing processes.
