We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead full-cycle recruiting across all verticals of the organization, supporting roles from entry- to senior-level. This role requires strong sourcing expertise, a deep understanding of modern recruiting strategies, and the ability to partner closely with hiring managers to deliver high-quality hires efficiently. The ideal candidate is proactive, metrics-driven, and passionate about providing a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.
 

Essential Functions 

· Manage full-cycle recruitment for various roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.

· Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using both traditional and creative sourcing strategies.

· Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and universities; represent the company at college fairs, networking events, and career days.

· Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand team needs, refine job descriptions, and align on hiring strategies.

· Maintain consistent communication with HR Business Partners to ensure alignment on hiring progress and workforce planning.

· Maintain data integrity in the ATS and provide regular recruiting metrics and reporting.

· Champion a strong candidate experience from application through offer acceptance.

· Collaborate on employer branding initiatives and recruiting campaigns.

· Stay current with trends in talent acquisition and competitive market intelligence. 

· Support and refine internal recruiting processes and documentation to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

 Skills and Abilities

· Proficient in modern sourcing techniques (e.g., Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, passive outreach).

· Experience in college recruiting, including building relationships with academic institutions and representing the company at campus events.

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Ability to manage multiple open roles across departments simultaneously.

· Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

· Experience collaborating cross-functionally, especially with HR Business Partners.

· Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruiting metrics.

· Knowledge of employment laws and best practices related to hiring.

· Experience with Paylocity is preferred.


Education and Experience

· 4–7 years of professional services recruiting experience, preferably in an in-house corporate environment.

· Proven track record of successfully closing entry- to senior-level roles.

· Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments is a plus.

· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
