The ADOC Personnel Division is currently seeking applicants for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. This position will have graphic design responsibilities, digital content development goals, communications and public relations work and marketing projects to go along with statewide recruiting and talent acquisition responsibilities.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-time merit position within the Personnel Department of the Alabama Department of Corrections. This position plays a critical role in assisting with the development and execution of recruiting strategies to deliver suitable job candidates for positions. Their focus will be on developing marketing content that has a positive effect on the recruiting of Security and Non-Security positions at the Correctional Facilities across the state. Qualified applicants should be positive, self-motivated, efficient with technology, and possess the ability to multi-task and achieve hiring goals established by dynamic data. Having a skillset in digital content creation, graphic design and website management is critical. This position will report directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
