About this Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will lead our recruitment strategy, building high-performing teams that drive our success while attracting, hiring, and retaining top talent in a fast-growing organization.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives

  • Partner with department leaders to forecast workforce needs

  • Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles

  • Manage workforce planning and succession planning initiatives

  • Oversee sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring processes

  • Ensure consistent, high-quality candidate experience

  • Manage job postings, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment tools

  • Lead offer negotiation and onboarding coordination

  • Manage and mentor recruiters and recruiting coordinators 

  • Establish performance goals and KPIs for the recruitment team

  • Promote best practices and continuous improvement

  • Strengthen employer brand through social media, job boards, and career events

  • Build partnerships with universities, industry groups, and community organizations

  • Lead diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruiting initiatives

  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire)

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

  • Prepare recruiting reports for senior leadership

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

  • 5+ years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience

  • 2+ years of leadership or team management experience

  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment technologies

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)

  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices

Preferred Qualifications

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or similar certification

  • Experience in Engineering and/or Construction 

  • Experience recruiting for technical, executive, or specialized roles
