About this Role

The Talent Acuisition Specialit will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs

  • Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company career sites

  • Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews

  • Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams

  • Assist with offer preparation and negotiation

  • Support onboarding coordination for new hires

  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

  • Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates

  • Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions

  • Ensure timely communication and follow-up with applicants

  • Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process

  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies

  • Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 4-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting in Engineering and/or Construction 

  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms

  • Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
