The Talent Acuisition Specialit will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and workforce needs
Develop and post job descriptions on job boards, social media, and company career sites
Source candidates through databases, networking, referrals, and direct outreach
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews
Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams
Assist with offer preparation and negotiation
Support onboarding coordination for new hires
Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
Conduct proactive outreach to passive candidates
Attend job fairs, career events, and networking functions
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with applicants
Provide a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
4-5 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Experience recruiting in Engineering and/or Construction
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing platforms
Knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices
