Position Overview:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will
play a crucial role in managing the full recruitment cycle for a variety of roles
within Weaver Eco Home. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and
assisting in the onboarding of candidates across our sales, office, operations,
and warehouse teams. You’ll work closely with hiring managers to ensure a
seamless recruitment process and build strong candidate pipelines to meet our
growing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform
full-cycle recruiting to support staffing needs at all levels for our sales
team, office, operations, and warehouse.
2. Source
quality active and passive candidates by maintaining talent pipelines and
developing meaningful contacts through Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job sites.
3. Cultivate
partnerships with external organizations and agencies to streamline recruitment
processes and expand candidate reach.
4. Conduct
initial screenings of applicants to evaluate their suitability, motivation, and
alignment with job responsibilities and company culture.
5. Schedule
interviews and manage communication, ensuring a positive experience for
candidates and the hiring team.
6. Collaborate
with hiring managers and HR teams to finalize selections and facilitate a
smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s
degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; CHRP designation is an
asset.
2. 3+ years
of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
3. Proficiency
in using applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools is an asset.
4. Ability to
employ creative recruitment strategies and adapt quickly to market conditions.
5. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
6. Ability to
work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Excellent
organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Contract (6-Month)
Compensation: $25 - $30 / hour
