Talent Acquisition Specialist
Summary:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process while collaborating closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure we attract and hire individuals who align with our company culture and values. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be representing our employer brand to potential talent and ensure a great candidate experience.

Pay Range: starting at $75,000.00 to $95,000.00
This position is four days in the office and one working day from home.
Work Environment:
This position requires the ability to work in a stationary position for several hours at a time and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds, occasionally. Some filing is required. The work environment is an air-conditioned, smoke-free, office environment. This position routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
