Description
The Talent Acquisition Partner is integral to developing and implementing a robust campus recruitment strategy aimed at attracting top early-career talent. This role is responsible for leading the end-to-end recruitment process for interns, co-ops, and entry-level hires. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing the candidate experience while building a strong talent pipeline to support our ongoing growth. This is a Hybrid role with 4 days in office and 1 day work from home. Come join our team!
 
 
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be to:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles including internships, co-ops and entry level positions. 
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define candidate profiles. 
  • Source candidates through various channels including recruitment events, career fairs, employee referrals and job boards.
  • Screen and interview candidates, assessing qualifications and alignment with role requirements. 
  • Maintain and update Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with accurate candidate information.
  • Contribute and support employer branding initiatives, including social media content, recruitment events and career fairs. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on university recruiting performance.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding

For This Role, You Will Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
  • One years of Human Resources experience required
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for people and delivering outstanding service to candidates and collaborators
