Job Description

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes initiative. This role is perfect for someone who can build strong relationships, and move candidates through the process quickly and efficiently; without constant oversight. You’ll support all hiring . From sourcing to offer, you’ll partner with hiring managers and HR to make smart, timely hires that fuel our mission.

What You Get To Do: 

  • Proactively source candidates using job boards, career sites, hiring events, referrals, and creative outreach.  
  • Screen and evaluate talent.
  • Build and maintain an active, searchable pipeline in SmartRecruiters with smart tagging and talent community tools.  
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, offering insights on roadblocks like compensation, skills, and sourcing tactics.  
  • Represent Crystal Clear at career fairs, networking, and community events to build awareness and attract talent.  
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and act as a true brand ambassador.

This is an hourly position:  $20-$25 hr. based on experience plus performance bonus.

 

Qualifications

MUST HAVE:  

  •  1+ year of focused high-volume recruiting experience and a bachelor’s degree. Or a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of high-volume recruiting experience. 
  • Proven experience sourcing, interviewing, and hiring hourly workforces with a strong understanding of high-volume recruitment processes and strategies. 
  • Proficiency with job boards and sourcing platforms, such as Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, CareerBuilder, etc.   
  • Skilled in HRIS systems like Workday, SmartRecruiters,  experienced with Microsoft Teams and virtual meeting tools like Zoom. 
  •  Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint for efficient communication, reporting, and documentation. 

NICE TO HAVE:  

  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working within Healthcare, Social Services, Retail, Janitorial  Manufacturing, hospitality, etc. Staffing agency experience is highly sought after.
