OVERVIEW:
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a full-cycle recruiter and trusted partner to the business, owning hiring for an assigned portfolio of roles while delivering exceptional experience for candidates and hiring leaders. This role blends strategy, relationship-building, and execution—consulting with hiring managers, influencing selection decisions, and bringing top candidates across the finish line. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
End-to-End Recruitment (Full Lifecycle Ownership)
Candidate Experience, Brand Ambassador & Confidential Communication
Process Excellence, Documentation & Compliance

Work is performed in a normal office environment. Noise levels are usually moderate. This position involves travel to customers and property locations.

PAY DETAILS:
$65,200 - $93,200 annually
Please note, the base pay actually offered may vary based upon the candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, education, geographic location, internal equity, and other applicable business and organizational needs.
This role is incentive eligible based upon company, business, and/or individual goal achievement and performance.
