Job Purpose:

Georgia Urology is hiring a Seasonal part-time recruiter to work approximately 20 hours a week. While the hours may be flexible, the expectation is that the recruiter is working and available during core business hours to allow for contact with the hiring manager and applicants.  This is a high-volume recruiting position.  


The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruiting, hiring, and onboarding process for all non-exempt positions, and some exempt positions, across Atlanta. Job duties include sourcing, screening, interviewing, extending offers, onboarding, and conducting orientation. He/she develops a strong pipeline of candidates through direct sourcing, internet mining, and applicant tracking tools. They will work with management to identify, develop, and execute recruiting plans to meet the organization’s staffing needs.


JOB FUNCTIONS:


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Creatively source for open positions using multiple channels to attract strong candidates and create a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Partner, and develop relationships with, Practice Administrators and other members of management to identify hiring needs and to execute accordingly.
  • Conducts candidate screening and qualification interviews and provide manager with a strong candidate pool in order to complete final interview and selection.
  • Coordinates interview schedule to ensure candidate and manger meet in a timely manner.
  • Create and extend offers of employment and facilitates the completion of all new hire paperwork.
  • Process all pre-employment screenings, to include background check and drug screens.
  • Set-up, prepare and conduct new employee orientation.
  • Maintains compliance with recruitment regulatory laws and guidelines.
  • Assists managers with other employee lifecycle events such as onboarding, transfers and terminations.
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Business or related field.
  • Minimum of two years of recruiting for primarily non-exempt population, preferably in the medical field.
  • Knowledge of recruitment & recruitment strategies and employment law.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Must have a valid State of Georgia Driver’s License and reliable transportation.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

Work Environment: Normal office environment with minimal physical demands.
