Description
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and securing top talent to support our continued growth. This is a high-impact, full-cycle recruiting role that blends strategic sourcing with hands-on coordination.
We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering an excellent candidate and hiring manager experience. Please Note: This role is based in Rogers, AR. If applying from outside Northwest Arkansas, please note that relocation is not covered by Harvest Group.
Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles across the business, from kickoff through offer acceptance.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, develop search strategies, and drive alignment on success profiles.
- Screen candidates through virtual connects (phone or video) to assess qualifications, experience, and culture alignment before presenting to hiring managers.
- Source and attract talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networks, and other creative sourcing tools
- Provide a high-quality, service-focused candidate experience through timely communication, transparency, and consistency
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, facilitate feedback collection, and own hiring debriefs
- Perform all other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in retail, agency, or consumer packaged goods (CPG) environments.
- Proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing top-tier talent across multiple business functions in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Passion for recruiting and a deep commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable using ATS (e.g., Paycor Recruiting), LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
- Proven ownership mindset
