The Talent Acquisition Team Lead will oversee the assigned day-to-day functions of the Talent Acquisition team to ensure deadlines are efficiently and effectively met by coordinating workload among the staff.

Education/Experience: 4-year college education preferred; or 1-3 years’ experience in a talent acquisition role or similar role. Strong technical expertise in HRIS, ATS, and other onboarding/recruiting systems.
Skills and Abilities: Highly detail-oriented; Quickly identifies and corrects process inefficiencies; Excellent communication skills with applicants and various levels of internal customers; Thrives in a fast-paced work environment; Presentation and persuasive skills; Effective organizational and leadership skills to simultaneously manage, direct and monitor a team with multiple projects, tasks and requests; Demonstrated high degree of integrity and sound judgment; Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
