Weโ€™re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic recruiting team and help us identify, engage, and secure top legal and administrative talent nationwide.


This role will play a critical part in our firmโ€™s growth by managing the early stages of the recruitment lifecycle, sourcing, screening, submitting qualified candidates, and assisting with offer negotiations. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, follows structured recruiting processes, and values both speed and precision in candidate engagement.


Responsibilities:

  • Source qualified candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed, internal ATS, niche legal job boards, and social channels).
  • Conduct initial screenings using standardized interview and qualification questions.
  • Manage candidate flow within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance at every stage.
  • Submit qualified candidates to hiring managers with complete write-ups and interview notes.
  • Coordinate interviews and communicate scheduling updates between hiring managers and candidates.
  • Represent the company at college and university career fairs to promote employment opportunities and attract emerging talent.
  • Support onboarding by ensuring smooth handoff of candidate information to operational teams.
  • Maintain strong follow-up practices to ensure timely feedback and a consistent candidate experience.
  • Partner with leadership to refine sourcing strategies and improve pipeline efficiency.
  • Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on progress, conversion rates, and talent pipeline health.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred, not required).
  • 2+ years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or staffing (law firm or agency experience a plus).
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain candidate pipelines within an ATS (experience with systems like Workable, Lever, or Greenhouse preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an emphasis on professionalism and relationship-building.
  • Familiarity with legal industry roles, terminology, and recruiting channels (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate compensation and handle sensitive candidate communications.
  • Highly organized and able to multitask across multiple open roles and hiring timelines.
  • Strong attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and sense of urgency.
