Talent Acquisition Specialist

Main Responsibilities:

• Work with hiring managers.
• Source candidates for traveling technician roles.
• Generate and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
• Plan and conduct off-site recruitment events.
• Interact with wind schools to ensure exposure and awareness.
• Conduct pre-screening of candidates.
• Conduct online and in-person candidate interviews.
• Onboarding.
• Benefits management.
• Support back-office sourcing
• Process unemployment applications.
• Timely reporting to HQ HR department.
• Various ad hoc HR tasks.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Wind, solar or construction industry experience much preferred.
• PHR certification is desirable.
• Strong blue-collar sourcing skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Fluency in written and verbal English.
• IT (Microsoft Office) and typing proficiency.
• Proactive self-starter.
• Valid driver license.
• No DUI within the last 10 years.
• Valid passport.
