PAY: $55,000 + based on experience

After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work from home 1-2 days per week, depending on business needs. (Work from home is in WI only at this time). In general, the timeframe to start a work from home rotation tends to be 3-6 months. Note that there will be situations when the associate may choose or be asked to return onsite, which would be coordinated and scheduled in advance.

As a talent acquisition specialist, you’ll be the first point of contact for our candidates and will be responsible for making that interaction a remarkable experience. This position will own the entire recruitment process including interviewing, assessing and selecting outstanding candidates, and forming relationships with community and business organizations. 

Here’s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned.

  • Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
  • Develop strong knowledge of 4imprint, its culture, benefits, products and services in order to sell the company, the job and the career opportunity.
  • Individually own full cycle of recruiting/interviewing and selection process. Perform pre-employment activities including but not limited to screening resumes, conducting interviews, preparing job postings via internal and external sources. 
  • Work with talent acquisition team members to coordinate new associate paperwork and onboarding process. 
    1. This includes making preparations for, and participating in new hire classes and orientations, to create a remarkable experience for our new hires’ first days with 4imprint. 
  • Develop strategies for meeting the recruiting needs of the organization and put processes in place that ensure the selection of the best candidates. This includes reporting on the effectiveness of our recruitment efforts, quality/number of candidates, and make recommendations for changes to our current processes. 
  • Lead and participate in 4imprint’s employer branding efforts. Work with marketing and creative departments to align branding efforts and create job ads/promotional materials.
  • Provide advice and counsel to managers on the suitability of candidates to the job, the team, and the company; and is accountable for improving employee retention through selection best practices.
  • Responsible for attending job fairs including booth set up, ordering giveaways, preparing information handouts for the fair and following up with candidates.
  • Establish working relationships with key community and business organizations and universities to network with potential talent and help brand 4imprint as an employer of choice.
  • Create and perform training sessions for management and associates. 
  • Maintain a current understanding of trends and updates in your role, which may include participating in seminars and training classes.

Required education/experience:

  • Associate’s degree in related field. 
  • Applicants with equivalent, relevant experience will also be considered.  
  • 2-5 years of experience in a similar field. 
  • Proficiency in data entry, MS Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams.
  • Proven ability to review and report on data and make recommendations where appropriate. 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of human resources information systems (HRIS) and applicant tracking systems, preferably ADP.
  • Strong understanding of state and federal employment and labor law and government compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated strong communication skills – both oral and written.
