About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist manages the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to supporting hiring managers and onboarding new employees.

You’ll play a key role in strengthening CODA’s employer brand, expanding outreach to diverse talent pools, and ensuring our hiring process is efficient, compliant, and welcoming.

What You'll Be Doing

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle while helping create an exceptional candidate experience.

Your work will include:

  • Managing job requisitions and recruitment activities from posting to hire
  • Screening candidates and coordinating interviews with hiring managers
  • Developing outreach strategies to attract diverse, mission-driven talent
  • Supporting hiring managers with tools and guidance for selecting strong candidates
  • Promoting CODA’s employer brand through job ads, outreach, and recruiting events
  • Maintaining applicant tracking records and recruitment metrics
  • Supporting onboarding and new-hire processes
  • Identifying opportunities to improve recruitment and hiring systems

Qualifications

What You Bring

  • Associate’s Degree in HR, Business, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years experience in recruiting or talent acquisition. Healthcare recruitment is preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems or HRIS platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accurate records
  • Valid Oregon or Washington driver’s license
