We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager serves as a hands-on leader responsible for both managing the recruitment function and actively carrying a requisition load. This role leads a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists while directly recruiting for key and hard-to-fill positions across long-term care, home health and hospice.
This “player-coach” role requires a balance of strategic leadership and day-to-day execution, with a strong focus on clinical and frontline staffing. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and leads by example in delivering high-quality hires.
