Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Veterinary Support Staff Talent Sourcing Specialist to help us identify, engage, and build relationships with talented veterinary professionals who want to be part of the future of pet care.

This role will play a key part in building strong pipelines of veterinary support staff who will help deliver exceptional care across our expanding Petfolk network.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines of veterinary support staff aligned with Petfolk’s growth and clinic expansion plans
• Develop creative and strategic sourcing strategies across current and future markets
• Identify and engage candidates through multiple channels including job boards, professional networks, social platforms, and veterinary industry communities
• Serve as the first connection point for prospective candidates, sharing the Petfolk story while assessing skills, experience, and alignment with our culture
• Partner with hiring managers and Talent Acquisition leadership to support new requisitions and hiring strategy
• Track and report sourcing performance and recruiting metrics, providing insights that support hiring decisions and workforce planning
• Contribute ideas and improvements to continuously elevate the candidate experience and Petfolk employer brand

Who You Are

• Experience recruiting or sourcing in veterinary medicine required
• 2–3 years of experience in full lifecycle recruiting or talent sourcing
• Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as Rippling or similar platforms
• Demonstrated success in building creative sourcing strategies and talent pipelines
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment where priorities evolve
• Strong communicator who enjoys building relationships and representing an employer brand
• Self-motivated, curious, and driven to exceed goals
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Must be willing to work on-site at Petfolk's NYC HQ
