About the role
Join the DCITHS Talent Acquisition team to deliver best-practice recruitment solutions across the Department. The Talent Acquisition Partner provides recruitment support and solutions to enable the selection and engagement of a capable workforce across DCITHS. We are looking for an experienced talent specialist to ensure compliance with government legislation, policies and regulations. Our ideal candidate has strong networking skills and experience delivering best-practice advice to hiring managers.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills to understand hiring needs and undertake end-to-end talent acquisition services including the design and delivery of dynamic candidate attraction and assessment
strategies.

About You
If you are an experienced recruitment specialist with excellent stakeholder management, we want to hear from you. We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner with sound knowledge of NSW Public Sector recruitment frameworks to deliver excellent candidate outcomes while maintaining compliance with the GSE Act. We are looking for a talent professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills to join our team.
