Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for Financial Services consulting roles. This position will focus on sourcing, pipeline development, and partnering with leadership to attract top consulting talent in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and hire
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Financial Services consulting candidates in the NYC market
- Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
- Source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
- Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews
- Maintain candidate data and job postings in SmartRecruiters ATS
- Focus on recruiting client-facing consulting profiles within financial services
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and recruiting processes
- Support coordination of recruiting activities across the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency or consulting environments
- Experience recruiting within financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting workflows (sourcing, screening, automation, etc.)
- Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
- Bachelorβs degree required
