Our client is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support full-cycle recruiting for Financial Services consulting roles. This position will focus on sourcing, pipeline development, and partnering with leadership to attract top consulting talent in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offer and hire
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Financial Services consulting candidates in the NYC market
  • Partner with leadership to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies
  • Source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and other channels
  • Conduct candidate screenings and initial interviews
  • Maintain candidate data and job postings in SmartRecruiters ATS
  • Focus on recruiting client-facing consulting profiles within financial services
  • Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and recruiting processes
  • Support coordination of recruiting activities across the team

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in agency or consulting environments
  • Experience recruiting within financial services (banking, capital markets, insurance, fintech, etc.)
  • Familiarity with AI tools in recruiting workflows (sourcing, screening, automation, etc.)
  • Strong sourcing and pipeline-building skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS platforms
  • Bachelor’s degree required
