In this role, you will help strengthen the operational foundation of our recruiting function by ensuring our data, reporting, and systems enable a seamless and efficient hiring experience.A Day in the Life:
In this role, you will support the Talent Acquisition team by ensuring that recruiting data is clear, accurate, and actionable.
You might start your day reviewing recruiting dashboards and pipeline metrics to identify trends in hiring activity or areas where additional attention may be needed. You may analyze metrics such as time to fill, pipeline progression, and quality of hire, helping the team understand where the hiring process is moving smoothly and where improvements could be made.
Throughout the week, you will partner closely with recruiters, Talent Business Partners, and Talent Operations to support reporting needs and ensure data integrity across systems. You may also help troubleshoot reporting questions, refine dashboards, or identify opportunities to streamline workflows through better processes or automation.
You will also contribute to broader initiatives that strengthen recruiting operations, whether that means improving data hygiene practices, supporting reporting for People leadership, or exploring new tools and technologies that can help modernize the recruiting function.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Recruiting Analytics & Insights
• Analyze recruiting data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities to improve the hiring process
• Build and maintain recruiting dashboards that track key metrics such as time to fill, hiring pipeline progress, and quality of hire
• Translate complex data into clear insights and recommendations for Talent Acquisition leadership
Reporting & Data Integrity
• Support reporting and analytics needs for Talent Acquisition and People leadership
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of recruiting data across systems
• Serve as a resource to the recruiting team on reporting tools, dashboards, and data interpretation
Process Optimization
• Help streamline recruiting workflows through process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Conduct data audits and support initiatives to strengthen data hygiene across recruiting systems
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Talent Business Partners, and Talent Operations to enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
Automation & Innovation
• Support automation and AI initiatives that improve recruiting operations and reduce manual work
• Identify opportunities to enhance recruiting workflows through smarter use of systems and technology
To Land This Role:
• 2+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Analytics, Recruiting Operations, or a related field
Technical Skills
• Experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ideally Workday
• Strong proficiency in Excel and familiarity with data visualization tools
Analytical & Communication Skills
• Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations
Collaboration & Mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• High level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• Curiosity and interest in emerging technologies, including AI tools in recruiting, is a plus

Compensation Range
The compensation range for this position is 70,000.00 USD - 90,000.00 USD. Our offer will be based on your relevant experience and work location.Benefits Information
