This person will be highly experienced in full-desk recruitment, including creating a total strategy for sourcing, pipeline development, screening, and bringing the best candidates to the business. Will deliver on an excellent candidate experience, stay ahead of the business and industry changes, and ensure results align to critical business needs and goals.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Primary focus on the full life cycle recruitment for high-volume healthcare roles and specialty roles where a strategic recruiting plan and focus will be required. Includes the building of a pipeline of top talent through strategic partnerships, networking and traditional online sourcing methodologies.
- Creates robust search strategies that will identify and attract the most qualified candidates, including development of innovative geographical strategies for hard to fill roles.
- Screens job applicants to ensure attainment of both minimum qualifications of assigned positions as well as competency and values alignment.
- Continually meets with hiring managers and stakeholders to discuss current and upcoming needs.
- Provide continuous feedback to candidates to ensure a best-in-class recruitment experience
- Meet or exceed relevant recruitment metrics and continually evaluate results to identify improvement opportunities.
- Demonstrated ability to set up hiring events and job fairs, and partner with universities, professional organizations and other agencies to grow the talent pool.
- Utilize all avenues of social media to drive an effective digital marketing and social media recruitment strategy in coordination with the Marketing organization.
- Manage executive searches and provide personal hands-on approach to ensure a world-class candidate experience.
- Use a data-driven approach to drive process improvements on time and cost to fill.
- Partner with HR and finance to understand the work force plan for forward-looking, proactive planning.
- Partner with HRIS team to develop technology strategies to increase efficiencies within the ATS and Onboarding system
Minimum Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelorโs degree.
- Minimum 3 yearsโ experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources. Must have experience in recruiting Cancer Registry Resources - OSD-C.
- At least 1 years in a high-volume healthcare segment, with a proven track record in healthcare administration and revenue cycle roles.
- Professional presence with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic and Project Management skills.
- Negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in geographically dispersed organization, and within a remote virtual environment.
- Ability to work with a broad team in a collaborative manner
- Proven ability to provide a superior customer experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects at same time, and comfortable in fast paced environment
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills to evaluate problems and apply knowledge to identify appropriate solutions; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
- Self-starter with ability to work independently
- Workday experience preferred.
- Microsoft Office, Excellent Excel (Pivots and VLOOKUPs) and Word skills
