As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll own full-cycle hiring for critical roles across Japan—partnering directly with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape talent strategy, drive market insights, and deliver a world-class candidate experience. While this is an individual contributor role, it is highly strategic and influential, with opportunities to lead talent initiatives and collaborate regionally.
What You Will Do
- Lead end-to-end hiring across key functions
- Serve as a strategic advisor to hiring managers and senior leadership on talent strategy, market conditions, and hiring best practices
- Own sourcing strategy for hard-to-fill and niche roles, leveraging local networks, sourcing tools, and creative outreach
- Manage and optimize the recruitment funnel through ATS (e.g., Lever, Greenhouse, Workday), driving operational efficiency
- Ensure a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience from first contact to offer.
- Support workforce planning, market mapping, and compensation benchmarking.
- Maintain up-to-date understanding of Japan’s hiring regulations and talent trends.
What You Will Bring
- 8 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience, including at least 4 to 5 years recruiting in Japan’s tech or cybersecurity market.
- Proven success filling complex roles, including quota-carrying sales and technical positions.
- Strong market knowledge of Japan’s talent landscape and sourcing strategies.
- Fluency in Japanese (business level or higher); strong English communication preferred.
- Trusted advisor and influencer with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Skilled in using ATS platforms and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, etc.).
- Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and execute with precision.
