• About Creatio: Creatio is one of the fastest-growing enterprise SaaS companies, headquartered in Boston, with a global team of 800 dedicated professionals. • In 2024, the company became a unicorn while continuing its expansion among enterprise customers and strategic verticals with an impressive 45% year-over-year top-line growth. • Creatio works globally, providing an AI-native no-code platform for workflow automation and CRM. • With amazing opportunities ahead of us, we're looking for a driven and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager, Americas to join our HR Team. • About the Role: As the Talent Acquisition Manager for the Americas, you will play a pivotal role in scaling our team across the region. • You will lead a team of recruiters, manage our hiring strategy for Go-To-Market roles, and partner closely with senior leadership to attract top-tier talent. • This is a high-impact role where your leadership will directly influence the future of Creatio. • What You’ll Do: Recruitment Leadership. Own and optimize the full-cycle recruitment process across the Americas region. • Lead strategic hiring efforts for key leadership roles, both directly and via external partners. • Monitor and report on hiring metrics to ensure efficiency, consistency, and success. • Team Development & Management. Mentor, support, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters. • Conduct regular one-on-ones to provide feedback, coaching, and career development. • Support onboarding and continuous enablement of recruitment team members. • Process & Strategy Optimization. Identify and implement best practices to elevate the candidate experience. • Drive process improvements based on data insights and performance metrics. • Champion innovation in sourcing, outreach, and employer branding. • Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement. Serve as a trusted partner to department leaders across Sales, Channels, Customer Success, and Solution Consulting. • Communicate hiring progress, challenges, and wins with key stakeholders. • Build strong cross-functional relationships to align recruitment efforts with business priorities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required. • 5+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience, ideally in high-growth SaaS environments. • A track record of hiring for Go-To-Market and senior-level roles. • Proven experience managing and scaling recruitment teams. • Strong data analysis skills to drive strategic decision-making. • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills. • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS); it’s a plus if it is with Lever.
