Position Summary:
This role is a key position within our Human Resource Team. We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts and workforce planning for our corporate and manufacturing operations. They are responsible for developing and executing talent strategies that support business growth, driving employee retention initiatives and providing HR support across the employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a collaborative, problem-solving mindset to ensure alignment between talent strategies and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand and forecast workforce needs and create proactive hiring plans. Provide support throughout the hiring process. Offer creative, data-driven solutions to address talent gaps, hard-to-fill roles, and evolving workforce demands.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent across all levels, with a focus on manufacturing and technical roles. Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding. Utilize data and analytics to monitor hiring trends and improve recruitment effectiveness.
- Champion a positive candidate experience from application through onboarding, ensuring timely communication and a smooth process. Design onboarding programs that support early engagement and long-term retention. Monitor turnover trends and implement targeted strategies to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
- Support initiatives within the HR team for continuous improvement of employee relations, contract labor, compensation & benefits, performance management, and HRIS optimization initiatives.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Mid-level professional with +5 years of relevant industry experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting and demonstrating a solid foundation in talent acquisition and human resources, with the ability to work independently and contribute to complex projects
- Proficiency in ADP Workforce Now or similar applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Work Environment: This position operates in both an office and a manufacturing site environment
Work type & Expected hours of work: Regularly works on-site. Work schedules are flexible around core business hours of 830am-4pm, Monday to Friday. This position is for regular, full-time work and may require coming in early, working late, or working on weekends to meet the needs of the business.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and twist. Occasionally required to lift/push/pull up to 25lbs.

Travel: This position requires frequent local travel between Paslin sites.
