Job Description:

As theTalent Acquisition Manager, Human Resources at Echo Base Resources, Ltd, you will oversee and support our vibrant team. You will manage the entire HR function, including recruiting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will handle payroll and benefits onboarding using various tools, ensuring a seamless experience. Your goal will be to ensure that our HR processes are efficient, compliant, and supportive of our companyโ€™s growth and the well-being of our employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires..
  • Search resume databases, portfolio sites, and contact industry professionals to ask for referrals.
  • Oversee job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Maintain candidate databases.
  • Screen applications, select qualified candidates, and schedule interviews.
  • Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers.
  • Negotiate terms of hire with potential candidates.
  • Be the main point of contact for all candidatesย 
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, and company policies.

Other General HR Duties include:

  • Assist with employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain and update HR records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
  • Assist with payroll processing, benefits administration, and other HR duties as needed.



Who you are:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar HR role.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Must have English language proficiency.

- Can work on own timezone but needs to be able to work EST as needed.
