Collaborate with hiring managers: Work closely with hiring managers to identify hiring needs, define job descriptions, and create interview questions tailored to technology and sales leadership roles.
Achieve recruitment metrics: Meet and exceed recruitment KPIs such as time-tofill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire, with a particular emphasis on building a robust and high-quality pipeline.
Provide a positive candidate experience: Maintain open, timely, and professional communication with candidates throughout the process, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience.
Consult on talent market trends: Advise internal stakeholders on labor market trends, competitive intelligence, and industry best practices to support informed hiring decisions.
What You Will Have
Experience: 5+ years of experience in recruiting, with a primary focus on sourcing top talent for niche and leadership positions in technology and tech sales. Experience in both corporate and agency/search firm environments is highly preferred.
Expertise in Sourcing: Proven ability to proactively source and attract high-quality candidates using a variety of creative and innovative techniques, including cold calling, social media, and networking through professional associations and niche websites.
Sales Talent Expertise: Demonstrated ability to identify, assess, and recruit top sales talent, with a strong network and a proven track record of successfully filling high-level sales and leadership roles.
Organizational Skills: Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
