Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions. This includes sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a five-star candidate experience. This candidate shows a sense of urgency for high-volume recruiting hospitality hiring needs. Â
Essential Functions
Job duties include, although are not limited to:
•   Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
•   Regularly update hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidates.
•   Review resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet job qualifications.
•   Conduct phone screenings to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and fit for the role.
•   Present qualified candidates to hiring managers for further interviews.
•   Schedule and coordinate onsite candidates.Â
•   Proactively source and identify candidates for open roles using various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
•   Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for both current and future hiring needs.
•   Research and utilize innovative sourcing methods.
•   Extend job offers to selected candidates.
•   Coordinate offer letters, background checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
•   Promote the organization’s employer brand by showcasing the company culture and values to potential candidates.
•   Assist with weekly open interviews & career fairs in the Fall.Â
•   Assist with People and Culture events and orientation Â
Internal Relationships
Reports to Director of People.Â
External Relationships
Has regular contact with hiring managers and candidates.Â
Qualifications and Education/Experience Requirements
•   Bachelor’s degree in hospitality or human resourcesÂ
•   At least 3 years of prior experience in recruiting
•   Prior hospitality experience preferredÂ
•   Ability to work in a fast-paced and high volume environmentÂ
•   High sense of urgency and ability to manage high-volume hiring needs effectively.
Physical RequirementsÂ
Lifting 50 lbs. maximum with frequent lifting and carrying of objects weighing up to 25 lbs. It requires walking or standing to a significant degree, as well as reaching, handling, feeling, talking, hearing, and seeing.
This position is full-time onsite in Boca Raton, Florida.Â
