DescriptionPosition Summary: Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist will have a demonstrated history of successfully marketing, advertising, searching, posting, interviewing, selecting, and hiring the best and the brightest talent across all functions (e.g., Accounting, Administration, Business Development, Call Center, Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology and Marketing). MUST have experience recruiting for Technology, Call Center, Sales, and Administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinate recruiting process for hiring leaders in the organization to ensure efficient and effective hiring across all departments.
- Coordinate requisition process and approvals
- Create and post jobs in Indeed, LinkedIn, and additional recruiting websites.
- Analyze compensation data (from reliable sources) to grade and recommend salary ranges.
- Ensure compensation policy and processes are in alignment so employees receive fair and competitive packages
- Provide labor law guidance while ensuring the organization remains up to date and in compliance with the law
- Communicate with new hires regarding orientation and all onboarding topics.
- Create employee documents such as offer letters, background checks, contracts, etc.
- Manage and analyze HR recruiting and hiring metrics and reporting
- Job Descriptions and Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) classifications.
- Review, obtain approval, generate, and send offer letters.
- Represent company at job fairs; meet with prospective candidates.
- Owns the candidate and manager experience from requisition approval to day one onboarding.
- Coordinate and schedule pre-employment assessments and skill testing
- Review incoming resumes in our Applicant Tracking System and respond to candidates in a timely manner
- Build out talent networks and proactively connect with passive and active candidates
- Schedule, coordinate and manage the entire interview process
- Foster strong relationships with all levels of candidates and understand all requirements of the role
- Leverage diverse "toolbox" of creative and traditional sourcing techniques, efficiently screening candidate resumes against required skill sets
- This role may expand in scope over time to support other recruiting programs and projects as required across the organization and may perform other duties as assigned.
- Maintain active candidate pipeline in the applicant tracking system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Education and Work Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent preferred or related work experience
- Applicable certifications a plus
- Minimum of 5 years corporate recruiting experience preferred.

- Position is in-house not remote position
Hours Required:
8:30 am – 5:00 pm – Extra hours with possible weekends when required.
