This full-time, remote role requires strong organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and prior experience in talent acquisition.

You’ll also provide support across other HR functions, including employee records, contract administration, performance tracking, and internal communications. This is an ideal role for someone eager to grow their career in HR while making a real impact in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.

  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews or assessments
  • Manage scheduling for interviews across global time zones
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (JazzHR, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Assist with contract creation, onboarding paperwork, and employee record management
  • Support new hire onboarding and orientation
Track key hiring and sourcing metrics (e.g., time to fill, source of hire, pipeline health)
  • Help improve internal HR workflows and documentation
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
  • Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy across HR platforms

• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (JazzHR, BambooHR, Workable, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Clear, professional communication skills in English
• Excellent organization and multitasking skills
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a remote setup
• Must be available to work from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST)

Highly Desired:
• Experience hiring for eCommerce, digital marketing, or tech-related roles
• Comfort using spreadsheets and task management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, etc.)
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and Slack
• Experience supporting international teams or remote-first companies
