Company Description

Who we are.

While technically we’re an operational consultancy, we don’t like to call ourselves consultants. We’re a collection of engineers, innovators and creators who work with companies across industries to simplify the complex, realize untapped potential, and uncover opportunities. We know that our people are our superpower and loving your Monday to Friday is important to us. We’ve been recognized as one of the top 10 Best Places to Work in Canada for the last 6 consecutive years, and number 1 in 2022, which we know has something to do with our culture of rewarding great work with great experiences, fostering rapid career growth, and sharing the success of the business with the whole team.

Isaac’s campus program is the engine behind our growth. For more than 20 years, it’s built the talent pipeline that fuels our business – now growing ~25% year over year. As our Campus Manager, you’ll own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution of this legacy program and take it to the next level. This is a high‑volume, high‑visibility, high‑impact role where you’ll shape how the next generation of Isaac consultants discover us, experience us, and choose us.
While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.

What you’ll do.

End-to-end program leadership

  • Own the target outcome for the campus recruitment program and run the full project
  • management cycle to achieve it: timelines, deliverables, stakeholders, risks, pivots, and results.

  • Lead, motivate, and coordinate the campus program team (sourcers, screeners, and internal
  • support resources).
  • Manage internal resourcing for events, interviews, and decision-making—bringing the right people in at the right times.
  • When things aren’t going to plan, you’re the one who leads the reaction productively: diagnose what’s off, rework the plan, and move fast.

Attraction, sourcing & brand on campus

  • Lead attraction strategy across campuses: events, partnerships, outreach, and standout moments.
  • Develop strong relationships with campus contacts to uncover creative, high-impact ways to connect with top talent that make Isaac unforgettable—thinking beyond “classic campus tactics”.
  • Own targeted outreach strategies (e.g., Women in STEM and other focus communities).
  • Own and evolve the social media strategy for early talent.

Recruitment Process Excellence

  • Ensure the screening approach is structured, consistent, and aligned to Isaac’s high bar.
  • Leverage data and insights to analyze recruitment metrics, such as hiring funnel activity, and make data-driven decisions to constantly improve the process.
