Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruitment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for Canada Operations
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
- Post job advertisements and source candidates through various channels
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, campus partnerships, and referrals
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and collect feedback
- Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination
Talent Acquisition Operations Support
- Maintain accurate candidate data in the ATS/HRIS system
- Ensure hiring processes comply with provincial policies and local employment regulations
- Support recruitment process and compliance improvement initiatives
- Assist in reporting and tracking hiring metrics
- Support various ad-hoc talent acquisition projects as needed.
Qualifications Â
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Human Resources, Business Administration, or related program
- Able to work full-time on-site starting from the end of March.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal). Fluency in additional languages, particularly Mandarin, is an asset but not required
- Previous intern experience in high-volume recruiting is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems is an asset.
- Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
